Nike Shox Zipsister+ Women’s Training Shoe

Nike Shox Zipsister+ Women’s Training Shoe

These look so fresh! I hear they are incredibly light. Just looking at them makes me want to go on a run!A new pair of sneakers always helps Girlawhirl stay motivated at the gym. And while running and walking shoes are appropriate for their respective activities and the forward motion that's inherent in both, for training, Girlawhirl's feet need to be supported when they move in all directions. After all, when she lunges out wide or pivots around in a half circle she needs a shoe that supports her foot without getting in the way of her workout…
So her New Year's gift to herself is a pair of Sister One training shoes from Nike. They're brand new and totally revolutionary. Building on the Nike Free technology that allows feet to move more naturally (and thus get stronger), a whole new kind of sole was created in the Nike Sports Research Lab. It's called DiamondFLX, and it supports the foot when it moves in all directions. Combined with Flywire threads – that work like the cables of a suspension bridge to support the foot without bulk – all the shoes in the Sister series are incredibly lightweight, yet unbelievably supportive.

Girlawhirl's going with the Nike Zoom Sister One+, a low profile training shoe that can accommodate her Nike + sensor. Because really – even if she's just warming up on the treadmill for 10 minutes, she wants credit for every step! There are four other “sisters” ranging from the Shox Zipsister +, the lightest and most flexible Shox-equipped shoe, to others that incorporate Zoom or Air technology into the sole and even one that's more like a bootie with its higher mid-cut design.
